Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a tapping acupressure technique that balances the energy flow in the body and thus also acts as a relaxation or stress prevention technique. The basic concept of EFT can be easily learned by both adults and children as a self-help technique. In addition, EFT offers the possibility of resolving deeper blockages in connection with the past, such as traumatic events. In this way, negative and self-limiting beliefs can be resolved even to the extent of overcoming post traumatic stress.
